I’m so excited to announce that starting on Thursday, September 26th, I’ll be launching Mapping Out Your Life of Great Health, an experience that I’ve created to help people discover how simple it can be to incorporate simple strategies to create lasting results!

As it turns out, healthy habits make a huge difference in everything from overall life expectancy to daily energy levels and the ability to carry out goals you have made for yourself.

During this experience, you’ll learn that living a healthy lifestyle doesn’t have to mean hours of training at the gym or eating nothing but salad - it’s about getting creative with the way you live your life so that it’s both enjoyable AND nourishing for the mind and body!

Meet Leann Forst, The Facilitator of Mapping Out Your Life of Great Health

Leann is a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner and Certified Essential Oils Coach licensed by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. She is also an author of 2 books “How to Get Your Kids to Beg for Veggies” and “100 Ways to Lose Weight”. Born and raised an Iowa farm girl, she lives in Texas with her husband and 2 wonderful children.
Leann teaches families how to attain optimal health by getting to the root cause of chronic and inflammatory conditions. As a wife of a brain cancer survivor, Leann has a special interest in anti-cancer nutrition and detoxification. She works with individuals, with workplace groups, and speaks regularly at hospitals, schools and other organizations.
